Just tried using this a couple of times and it will not work at all. It won’t even push all the way in. Sad day for sure.

We tried multiple times to reach out to the customer and even offered to give a full refund and a prepaid label to have the item shipped back to us so that we could check it out to see if there were any issues with that item. We haven't heard back from the customer in close to a month. We have personally tested this product out, as we have a real video on our listing showing how it works. We also have a notice inside of our description of this listing that explains how to use it correctly.
