What is your store policy regarding returns and exchanges?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Your order is specifically created for you after you place your order. If your product contains a defect or a production error, please notify us within 14 days so we can resolve the issue. We will always work with you to make things right.

Are any purchases final sale?

All our products are made to order, so we do not keep inventory that can be restocked. As a result, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or mistake in the item. We strongly encourage customers to check the size charts provided before placing your order. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us so we can make things right.

Custom and personalized orders

All our products are printed on demand, and the vast majority will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. All-Over Prints (such as rash guards and swimsuits) take a couple of days longer, as they are not assembled until printed with your choice of design. Once your order has been printed, assembled and shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product you chose.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. More specific information regarding manufacturing information is found on each item's product page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping cost in the shopping cart before you place your order.
