Since the frames of the products are made of metal, it is natural for them to shrink and expand during heating and expansion. Therefore watch measurements may be 1 or 2 centimeters shorter or longer. For example, if the watch you ordered is 40 cm, your watch size may be between 38 and 42 cm due to the heating and expansion of the metal I mentioned above. This is valid for all sizes. This is normal and does not cause any visible shrinkage or growth.

1) As per our return policy, we do not accept refund requests.
2) Our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a functional issue with the product. However, if the item is damaged during shipping (e.g., a broken part of the wood), we kindly ask that you send us detailed photos of the damaged product. In such cases, we will gladly produce and send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
3) If there is an issue with the watch dial or mechanism during transit and it is not working, please inform us, and we will promptly send you a new mechanism and dial. The shipping cost for the replacement will be covered by us. Please note that we do not accept refund requests for damages to the watch mechanism or dial.

The sizes of the products in the image vary and each product is completely unique. As the size you choose changes, the shape and number of unique olive trees I place inside the metal will also change. But I will still be happy to make you a gorgeous metal and wood wall clock that is closest to what you want.

NOTE:
The wooden parts in the wall decor come varnished. Do not leave it in a humid environment. Please do not water the wall decor.
