Female Armor No.4 – EVA Foam Chest Plate Cosplay Template (DIY Printable PDF File)

DIGITAL ITEM (print-only PDF file): EVA foam templates for a fantasy-inspired female upper chest armor. It's a great and versatile base for all your future cosplay projects and super easy to adapt for various looks and applications. Please be aware that a complex edge cutting is required - previous experience with EVA foam crafting is highly recommended.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
12-page print-only PDF file (digital template) set to print on US letter/or A4 paper size. All patterns are at a 1:1 scale, clearly marked and labelled with symbols and markers to give you a straightforward and pleasant crafting experience. Step-by-step drawings will help you with the most effective assembly order. Don’t forget to familiarise yourself with symbols, an edge-cutting chart, and recommended foam thicknesses on the explanatory page.

SIZE & FIT
This armor is scaled to fit approx 90cm (35in) chest circumference and 70cm (27in) waist circumference when printed at 100% printing scale. Fully aware we come in different shapes and sizes, so in case you need a smaller/bigger one - there is a scaling chart provided to help you adjust the printing scale and more info to help you make the necessary adjustments.

EVA FOAM THICKNESS & QUANTITIES
To successfully build this project, you will need:
8mm EVA foam: (70x55cm minimum*)
Please keep in mind that the quantities above are the very minimum to craft just 1x helmet at standard size (100% printing scale). I highly recommend getting more foam - just to have extra material in case of any cutting mistakes or adjustments when crafting.

Unfortunately, I don’t have at the moment a tutorial for this specific pattern. The good news is that the assembly process is very similar across all the projects - so make sure to check my YouTube channel and watch videos on other, similar projects, learn how to adjust the printing scale for your head size, how to apply contact cement glue and many more that will help you with your build. SKILLS LEVEL
Intermedia - some previous EVA foam crafting experience is highly recommended. This project might require cutting some parts' edges at a specific angle and the assembly is a bit more complex, so make sure to check twice before you cut and refer to the assembly instructions.
