My tracking number isn't updating and/or working

Etsy uses a third-party tracking service (Pitney Bowes) to track letter mail. Which would include; Stickers, Paper Bookmarks, and Decal orders. If your tracking number starts with 003, it is a PB tracking number. My local USPS has informed me that not all distribution centers have a way to scan these third-party labels so tracking may not be updated right away or sometimes at all. Allow a few extra days for delivery if it's past the estimated delivery date. If it's past that time, please don't hestitate to reach out and let me know! You may be able to track more in depth through the Pitney Bowes website at trackpb.shipment.co/track.

My order says "Delivered" but it isn't here

If your order status says "Delivered" but it's not in your possession, please double check with neighbors and any surrounding areas. Misdelivered mail happens on occassion so that may be a possibility! USPS will also sometimes mark a package as "Delivered" and won't arrive til later in the day or sometimes the following day. Another possibility is if USPS is unable to verifiy your address, they will mark it as "Delivered" and end up returning it back to me as a "Insufficient address" or "Undeliverable." So please double check that your address information is correct!

How do I track my package?

You can track all your packages right here through Etsy! For a more detailed history, go to usps.com. For sticker, bookmark and decal orders, go to trackpb.shipment.co/track. Etsy uses this third-party service to track letter mail. I also recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery (its free!) Do you do local pickup?

Yes! If you are local to Charlotte, North Carolina I do pickups at Trope Bookshop! Just send me a message on Etsy for a coupon code to use to remove the shipping cost :)

I need to change my address. What do I do?

Send me a message through Etsy ASAP so that I may change it! If your order has already been shipped out, there is nothing I can do to change it after that point

International orders (for stickers)

All sticker orders are shipped in a 5x7 envelope with a stamp, so no tracking will be provided. This is the cheapest way to send stickers internationally! Sticker orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive, and possibly even longer with shipping delays. Please be patient, but please reach out to me with any concerns about your order! Unfortunately duty fees and import fees are beyond my control and are the buyers responsibility!
