When do you mail the jewelry?

Jewelry in stock will ship within 1-3 working days after your payment is processed. Please allow an extra 1-5 working days for delivery of made to order items. And you may check the status of your order and delivery through the website.

How do you mail the jewelry?

We generally ship jewelry via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail in the US, depending on weight. Global order will ship by USPS international First-Class. Buyers can leave a phone number to help the package delivery.

Do you provide earrings for people who have no piercings?

We can provide gold-plated or silver-plated brass ear clips. Contact us to confirm if we have enough stock.

How to use the hairpins?

Hand-made hairpins need careful protection. When using it, try not to touch the hairpin head and hold the hairpin rod. Except for wooden hairpins, most hairpins in our shop are decorative items. They are not suitable for fixing hair bun. Please insert the hairpin into the desired position after finishing the hairstyling.

How do you measure the length of the bracelet?

We straighten the bracelet and measure the total length. The fitting length is about 0.5 in ~ 1.2 in more than the wrist size depends on your preference. Please contact us or leave a note of your wrist size if you need a customized bracelet. And you can also request a free chain extender (1.5 in / 2 in) if not sure about wrist size.

Why is there only one or two pieces of each jewelry style?

We design and handicraft jewelry carefully. For some pieces, it takes hours and cannot be mass-produced. If you need multi-piece, please contact us to order in advance.

Can you make customized jewelry?

We are very glad to. Please contact us for the adjustments to our jewelry. Extra costs may be incurred, depending on material cost and manual difficulty.

Can you repair the jewelry?

Yes, we are happy to do it. Contact us at any time and return if the jewelry is damaged due to wearing reasons. Depending on the jewelry condition, we can repair or replace a new one. Fees may apply accordingly.
