      I've spent a total of $3071.20 USD (excluding shipping) at Nelli's shop over the past few years. It really pains me to leave her a negative review. My latest order was shipped to the wrong address, the dress's zipper didn't work: https://youtu.be/sfKIIA9cOUc the shipping fee was over charged, and Nelli has not been responsive. I don't think I will purchase from Nelli again.

    We can not make refund if the item is prepared specially for you and sewed according to your measures, but we can resew the item and send it back to you, if there are sizing or fitting problems.

    We can not make refund if the item arrived late or missed during shipping. To secure your shipping please use FedEx.

    İf you order standard size dress, we can take back the dress and change it, if the size did not fit you, or accept it back. The full refund except shipping will be made as soon as we receive back the item.

    Please ask more pictures from me, if you are not sure about purchasing the dress. We do provide lots of pictures, so we will not make refund, if you will claim that the item is not as described.
