I send a proof within 24 hours. Once you approve the proof you receive printed cards within 2 business days.

Please be sure your etsy address is up to date. I ship UPS and cannot ship to PO Boxes. I do not currently offer international shipping on printed cards.

I prefer to communicate through e-mail as etsy conversations will not allow large images to be sent through and I want to put high quality images on your design.

If you don't hear from me within 24 hours please check your spam folder and contact me through etsy convo and check your convos for my response.

Q: Where do I get my card printed? A: I offer high quality printing and you can see my print pricing in the drop-down menu of most listings. All my print pricing includes envelopes and fast shipping! If you prefer to print yourself you can print at any printer or photolab of your choosing! (Walmart, Costco, Target, Staples, etc.)

Q: Can you change my picture to black & white? A: Yes! I can change your picture to black & white or sepia for no extra charge. I can also edit out blemishes and do minor color corrections. I don't do any of these changes unless requested by you.

Q: Can you change the colors, fonts, or wording? A: Yes! All colors, fonts, and wording can be changed to your liking. I do charge more to customize colors of an entire party collection. I also charge more for custom graphics. If you have any questions about the customizations you would like contact me prior to purchase.
