Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
♥ I want you to be happy with your purchase .If for any reason you are not, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will be happy to offer a refund if your item is within the guidelines listed below:

♥ Regarding custom and bridal orders,initial necklaces,
Initial bracelets,any personalized goods.
Custom orders are final and not returnable,
unless there has been some error in my part or the piece is faulty.

♥ All earrings are final sale

♥ All Items must be in original packaging and unworn.
Refunds can only be issued via the same method as the purchase

♥ Please contact us before returning any goods so we can provide you with the address for our Studio to ensure receipt and that your credit is applied against your account.

♥ PLEASE NOTE: Items received without return request, will be refused or returned at customers expense. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt in the original unused condition. Items must be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble mailer to protect for damage. Refund is ALWAYS LESS the shipping fees.

♥ Orders that have been customized with custom cards/ graphics that are eligible for return will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from the credit owed. Kindly note, these cards are sourced out to a graphic designer and costs are incurred on our behalf to make them.

♥ Orders that have been customized with with requested chain lengths are eligible for return will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from the credit owed.

♥ Cancellations - We will gladly cancel orders before they ship if we are able. Please note that cancellations on orders that are customized are only possible if we have not started production. If we have started to make your piece a refund/ cancellation will NOT be possible.

♥ I cannot refund the cost of shipping and if you return it for any reason it will not include the cost of shipping, just the price of the item.

♥ Regarding Exchanges - Please be certain of the length and metal finishes you choose. If length ordered is too short, too long, or the wrong finish, there will be a shipping and handling charge of $12.00 domestic delivery, and $14.00 international delivery to "exchange." This is available to customers within 7 days of receipt of their order. Item can only be exchanged if it is unworn and in re-sellable condition.

♥ Please remember we are a handmade jewelry shop and all items are made by us . There may be slight variances in our products as they are all handmade.

♥ Kindly note, we ship from both the USA and Canada. Currently, we will require all packages
to go to our Canadian address as our NY location is unable to accept packages at this time :)

♥Engraved customized orders, if a font style is not selected we will contact you first, if we don't hear back we will use our default font in order to get the jewelry out in a timely manner.
