How do I access my digital prints?

After purchasing an item, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing the download information. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. If you have an account with Etsy, you can click on 'Your account' (top right corner of the page), ‘Purchases and reviews,' and then ‘Download Files’ (to the right of your order). You can also copy and paste this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Please make sure to use a web browser (vs. the Etsy app) to download your files.

Is your art for commercial use?

All Prints are ONLY authorized for personal use. It is prohibited to modify, use commercially, mass reproduce, and/or sell this art digitally or in print without explicit permission. StilettoPrints is not a public domain source.

Where can I get my items printed?

Here are three different ways you can print your digital art prints: 1. Upload to a professional printing service online. Places we like to use include: GotPrint, VistaPrint and Shutterfly. 2. Go to your local copy store (be sure to bring the files on a USB drive). Examples include Staples, CVS, Walgreens, and Fedex Office. 3. Use a home printer. Please note color outcome/quality may vary. For paper, we recommend using a heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock.

What sizes are include with each print?

Each print includes both JPG & PDF files for 5 different ratios. See below for a list of all printable dimensions per ratio. Do you sell physical posters?

Yes! At the moment, we sell physical posters of only our TOP SELLERS. We designed the prints, however, they are printed and shipped to buyers by our print partners, PRINTIFY. If you see a print that you would like us to ship to you, please message our shop to ensure if we can accommodate.

Help! I can't find my download, I never received an email.

If you used Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email" when first creating your account. This means Etsy will have emailed the download information to a randomly generated email and not your own. If you cannot locate your order by going to www.etsy.com/your/purchases, please reach out through Etsy messages.

PRINTING:

You will receive high-quality printable files, download your files, and print instantly at home, at your favorite Print Shop, or upload the files to an online printing service. Colors may vary slightly due to viewing different monitors. 
 To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and find the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
