Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes, you want it, you got it. Shoot me a message with what you want. Also, I do have personalized mug listings available.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

I currently do not offer personalized gift message cards that can be included with orders, however, this is something I am hoping to offer in the near future! All messages written in the "note to seller" section at checkout will not be included anywhere in the order until we have the gift message option enabled :)

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

No, we currently do not have any expedited shipping options at the moment. It's extremely expensive to offer and I don't feel right charging that much for faster shipping.

Can I change the wording on a mug I ordered?

Yes! If you would like to change some of the wording of a mug, simply message me before ordering. I will follow up with a confirmation message before your mug is produced and shipped.

Clean in dishwasher or wash by hand with warm water and dish soap.

My coffee mug arrived damaged or I received the incorrect order.

Send me a message, and l'll do my best to make things right.

Do you accept returns on exchanges?

Each mug you order is crafted based on your individual choice, and for this reason, we don't accept returns. However, If you encounter an issue with your item, please reach out via Etsy message; we're here to help.

😃 ABOUT ME 😃

Welcome to my shop! Father of 2 beautiful girls and a beautiful wife. Born and raised in the crab capital of the world, "Maryland." The Bad Monkey Mug Co. was born to make people smile by being bold and different.

// HERE’S THE DEAL ON OUR MUGS //

▫️ Dishwasher & Microwave Safe
▫️ Two-tone colors
▫️ 11oz fluid ounces
▫️ Lead and BPA-free
▫️ Ceramic, High-Quality Gloss Finish
▫️ Printed and shipped in the USA (Washington, DC)

// PRODUCTION PROCESS //

The first step in making a coffee mug is printing the artwork using special dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. The transfer paper is wrapped around the mug, and heat and pressure are applied. This causes the image on the transfer paper to be transferred to the mug and the printed dye to mix with the coating. The image then becomes part of the mug, creating a permanent sublimation print. No stickers/vinyl are used.

// TRUST THE PROCESS //

▫️ 1 - 3 Bus. Days (labeling & packing)
▫️ 2 - 5 Bus. Days (flying and/or driving to you)
▫️ Total 3 - 8 bus. days from order to received

**Shipping times are only an estimate. Hey, taking 2-5 days to drive your coffee mug across the country to your door isn't bad. 😃

// ORDER CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS //

▫️ Orders are released approximately 1 hour after your order is placed.
▫️ Once an order is released, we cannot make changes.
▫️ If you contact us ASAP, we will happily put a hold on your order to make changes.

// RETURNS & EXCHANGES //

Customer Service is our top priority; we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service so they are completely satisfied with their purchase. Our mugs are made to order, so returns are not accepted, but I will do what it takes to “make it right.”
