I'm really disappointed in the item I received. I ordered a "father of the bride" hat for my dad and while the font looks fine. The quality of the hat looks cheap in comparison to that shown in the photo on the site. The wording was also placed so low to the brim that it's hard to read if the hat is on. I'm really bummed. This was supposed to be something special for my dad and I'm not even sure I want to give it to him. Even more disappointing is that I sent this as an email to them first to see if they might have any suggestions about making the situation right before I left a review and they didn't bother to reply.

We do apologize for the mixup in your order. The customer ordered a hat with structured front and velcro fastener which is not what they received. A new hat was made up today, April 22, 2016, and sent to them.
