Delivery during the war

Standard delivery works worldwide. Please, find below estimates of UkrPoshta: the US, Canada: 3-5 weeks. Europe: 3-6 weeks. Australia: 5-7 weeks. Europe: we often upgrade shipping of your orders to UPS Express and cover the shipping cost difference to speed up the delivery and avoid high import taxes. Australia, New Zealand, South America, Mexico - we highly recommend upgrading shipping to express. If you do not see upgrades in the cart , please, contact us via etsy messages and we will help.

MY ORDER ARRIVED TO FLORIDA INSTEAD OF MY ADDRESS

We often ship the US and Canadian orders through the Warehouse in FL, the US. All parcels are safely packed in 1 big box, and the manager of warehouse dispatch all parcels in 1-2 days when this box arrives. If you see that your parcel happily arrived to FL - please, do not worry:) You will receive a second (local) tracking number within 1-2 days. Thank you for your patience!

Delivery and refund notes here

We always ship your orders with tracking number to make delivery process as smooth as possible. Please, note that depending on the destination your order can be in transit 3-6 weeks and more. If you know that there is a common practice of custom clearanse in your country - please, double check your email (and spam) for the letter from customs. We recommend you contacting customs first to avoid cases when after 30 days of being at customs office parcels are returned to the sender. We will reimburse the possible expenses back to you. Thank you for the understanding. Please, note that we do not give a refund while the item is in transit, including cases when delivery took longer than you expected.
