• Please note that a package that has arrived and is ready for collection is stored for several days (7 – 10 – 14 days). The shelf life of parcels at the point of receipt depends on the rules in force in your country, city or post office. • After the receipt period has expired, the parcel will be sent back, but will be considered unclaimed. • Monitor the movement of the parcel and receive it at the post office on time. We do not issue refunds if the package is not received on time and returned to the store. -Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We ship worldwide. Please ensure your shipping address is correct (in English). Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the parcel and the destination country. • For shipments to some countries, tracking is not available due to Postnord's internal regulations. • All parcels are promptly shipped via PostNord. Please note that delivery times depend on postal services, customs, and transportation companies, and are outside of our control. • If your parcel is lost after arriving in your country, we are not responsible.

We know that international shipping has an impact on the environment, so we try to pack as responsibly as possible. At the same time, vintage items are fragile and need very careful protection, especially when they travel across the world. That is why we often use recycled boxes, bubble wrap, foam and other packing materials. The packaging may not always look brand new or fancy, but the most important thing is that your order arrives safely and undamaged.
