*How custom orders work?*

I love working on custom order, please contact me with all your requests, you will see that I answer to Etsy conversations and e-mails very quickly!
I want to create exactly the cake topper you have in your mind for your special day!
If you request a custom cake topper with figurines that are not listed in my shop (for example a type of animal I've not yet made) I will make a sketch for you before start working.
I will send you pictures of the finished custom items, to have your approval before shipping.

*How can I clean my cake topper if it gets dirty on my cake?*

My cake toppers are hand made from clay, they are very resistant and tough, intended to last in time, they will be keepsakes after your big day, they will last a lifetime.
If the figurines get dirty on your cake you can clean them with a wet sponge or damp cloth.

*What's the size of the cake topper?*

Size of cake toppers are shown on each listing, the majority of my figurines are 3.3"-3.4" tall, you won't regret of too small!!
If you are having a very big multilayers cake I can make bigger toppers, you can find some 4"-4.2" tall figurines listed in my shop, but each figurine can be made in a bigger version, just contact me.

*Which canvas sizes are available for the pet portraits?*

Available canvas sizes are shown on each listing, if you need a canvas size that is not in the list, please contact me, many other canvas sizes are available.

I want my packagings to be lovely and cute too, you will receive your custom cake topper in a beautiful hand made bag, in the same colors of your figurines, a small artistic job enclosing a bigger artwork. My amazing mom is the creator of the exquisite fabric bag you will receive with your order
