1940s Style Dresses with Princess Seams and Over the Shoulder Ruffles.

Just perfect for American girl doll Molly or Emily!

This pattern will make two pretty dresses featuring over the shoulder ruffles, princess seams and ric-rac trim. Dress A has short straight sleeves and three buttons decorating the dress front. Dress B has a faux front with buttons, round collar and short puff sleeves.

This pattern was inspired by 1940s illustrations.

Designed to fit the 18 inch American Girl dolls, but should fit other dolls of similar size and body style with minor adjustments. Shown here modeled on American Girl doll.

Pattern pieces have been drafted using COREL DRAW for accuracy - all pieces are clearly marked including seam allowance. Designed to print on standard size 8 ½ x 11 inch paper. When printing choose "actual size" 100%.
A ruler is included so you can be sure you have printed to the correct size
You can save on paper and ink by just printing out the pattern pages and reading the instructions from your computer.

♥ The actual pattern itself cannot be reproduced in any manner other than for your own personal use.
♥ Wherever you list the doll / clothes online for sale (website, ETSY, Facebook, blog etc) you must credit May and Kay with the original design in your listing description.
♥ You can alter the designs to suit your needs, however you must still list it as having been made from an altered version of a May and Kay pattern. Thanks!
♥ My PDF patterns have security settings. You will still be able to open/view/print them with no problem.
♥ My sewing patterns are copyright protected. The copyright is not transferable.
