It is best to store them in dry and shady places like a drawer, or a jewelry box where they are not exposed to the open air or moisture as these can cause the jewelry to change color (oxidation), darken or fade out. Storing them correctly will lengthen their life span and assure your jewelry lasts longer.

• Wearing plated jewelry •
If you intend on wearing Gold Plated Jewelry without removing it, it's best to buy really good quality so that do not fade easily as plating finishes may wear off by direct contact with the skin if wearing it for a prolonged time.

This can be a common occurrence for some people, and can happen with ANY metal (even with solid sterling). It does NOT mean the metal is not quality. REFUNDS are only offered for defective, damaged or lost items (upon investigation by the post office). Photos for defective items need to be included for proof.
Lost or really late packages ( 6 weeks) would be liable for Refund, Partial Refund or Replacement after discussion with the customer.
