An email with your tracking # will be sent to you the moment I print your postage. There is also a tracking button on your Purchases page. Recipients outside the US will receive a customs number, which may or may not track, depending on your country's postal service.

Fill your cart for one low s/h fee, and I pay the s/h for orders over $35. (I have not increased prices to fund this program... it is truly free shipping for US buyers.) There are also upgrades to USPS Priority and USPS Express for domestic destinations. I ship worldwide, and the flat rate cost is posted on each listing. For orders returned for any reason, the original postage is not refundable, since it was already spent and therefore irretrievable. Please ask any questions ahead of time, to be sure these items will be the right ones for your projects, and I will be glad to help you decide before anything is even shipped. :)

Typically very quickly! Please order early, because I strive to get to the post office as early in the day as possible. My day starts very early, so orders received before 4 AM EST will typically ship same-day, and orders received after 4 AM EST may ship same-day or may ship next-day, depending on what time the order arrives. The earlier you order, the better I can plan ahead and prepare. I use USPS First Class shipping, and there are USPS Priority and Express Shipping upgrades once items are in your cart (for US destinations). Custom and special orders follow different time frames than this of course, and you and I will go over the details before you order. I am in Massachusetts.

The shipping is handled by the USPS (and other services, if you live outside the US). If you need more information than what you see on the tracking, please ask your local postmaster. They are the shipping experts, especially for your particular destination.

If an order is refused or misdelivered and sent back to me, the buyer will still be responsible for paying the s/h fees and any other fees I may be charged to get the package back into my hands. Therefore, please be very sure that you want these goods, will provide me with your full and correct shipping address, and be willing to contact your local postmaster and get involved in the event of a delivery issue, in the very rare event that this occurs.

It is illegal for me to change the customs form, so even if an invoice is marked as a gift, the correct merchandise value will show on the customs form. Earring related items (ear wires, posts, backings). I can't take them back due to health/sanitation reasons. 'Intimate items' was the closest phrase provided, so I had to go with it. :)

If this happens, please notify me ASAP. If the order hasn't shipped, I can manually write in your new address, as Etsy is once again allowing sellers to do so.

If the order has shipped, please contact your old and new postmasters, and follow their advice. They are the shipping experts and will know what to do.

If a package is returned to me, I will notify you immediately and I will gladly send it to the correct address once you purchase new postage for it. If I don’t hear back from you after a reasonable time, I will refund the order minus the original shipping fees, which by then are unretrievable.

I will pack your order carefully with efficiency and transit-durability in mind. I make the packaging cute but not wasteful or superfluous. I encourage you to reuse as much of it as possible, and hopefully recycle the rest. Everything you order will be fully documented, so you will always know what’s what, and this makes reordering easy. Since I am a supplies seller, if you mark the order as a gift, this indicates to me that I should not include an invoice, which I don’t do anyways, to save paper/trees. If you are outside the US, and mark it as a gift, this does not exempt you from possibly paying your country’s VAT fees, marking ‘gift' is solely an indicator for me not to include an invoice.
