My shop is in no way affiliated with any toy or game company or person. I do not represent any company nor do I intend to appear as such. My creations are crafted from secondhand purchases and basic crafting supplies.

Custom and personalized orders

All CUSTOMIZABLE listings will have details of customizable options such as game cards, tokens, etc. If you are unsure or have questions please don't hesitate to ask. I reply quickly and want to make sure you are getting exactly what you want with your order. If a listing isn't listed as CUSTOMIZABLE but you have an idea just send me a message and I will be more than happy to work with you to craft exactly what you're looking for. I have a lot of stock most of the time and am open to new ideas. I will make EVERY attempt to reach you to get your selections but in order to stay within my promised shipping time frame I will send out RANDOM selections if I do not hear back from you in time. I will not take returns if that happens.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?

I generally ship items within a day or two of the order being placed. Tracking is usually available and if a number wasn't supplied to you in your shipping email please just ask and I'll be sure to forward it to you (if one was given to me). Once an item leaves my possession I have zero control over it beyond having the same tracking number you do. US orders usually take about a week max on average. For international purchases orders can take 3-4 weeks or even 45 days or more depending on your local delivery system. Please take that into consideration when ordering. Once an item clears customs I generally can no longer track it. It is my hope that everything will go smoothly and you will receive your item as quickly as possible.

Most of the Ornaments I craft are of the "loose" variety. This means that once the contents are inside the Ornament they can and will move around during shipping. While I take great care in crafting and packaging your purchase I cannot vouch for delivery services. The rougher they are... The more the contents may shift. There is absolutely nothing I can do to guarantee items won't shift during shipping. I leave the ornament tops unadhered for just such a thing. If shaking them around doesn't achieve your desired look then I suggest tweezers to move items about within the ornament. CUSTOMIZABLE Ornaments are crafted after you order so reach out with any concerns. I want you to be happy with your item.

If your item arrives and you are absolutely not happy please let me know and we can arrange for the item to be shipped back. In most instances I'm willing to refund your purchase price plus the tax (not on some custom orders like Scrabble racks... Those are NONREFUNDABLE) but not the shipping. My listings have plenty of photos and I'm very open to communication and quick to reply. PLEASE ask questions if you aren't sure of something. If you change your mind before an order ships please reach out quickly so I can cancel it. Broken merchandise must be returned to be refunded. If I reached out to you and did not hear back then I will cancel your order or proceed with random selections. Such instances are NONREFUNDABLE.

Holiday Orders and Shipping

I will package and have your item (most items) out either same day or next day depending on what time of day you order (and of course taking Sunday into consideration). ONCE IT LEAVES MY POSSESSION I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE. I cannot stress this enough. I am provided a tracking number same as you are. Please take this into consideration for gifts. If you want to select a different shipping method and pay more then that's what label will print for me to use and once again...I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHEN IT GETS TO YOU ONCE IT LEAVES MY HANDS. Read the listings ENTIRELY and be sure to communicate. I reach out for clarification and if I don't hear from you i will cancel or ship random selections. No refunds then.

My shop is entirely committed to reusing materials whenever possible. Meaning that you may find your order arriving in a box that's been used before. You may find your items wrapped in newspaper to keep them safe. I try not to add waste to the packaging. I encourage you to reuse our shipping materials as well to ensure they stay out of the landfill.

COVID-19 and Shipping

With Covid-19 affecting the entire world shipping has become severely impacted. While I ship within my promised time frame I CANNOT guarantee any delivery dates. Once an item has left my possession I have ZERO CONTROL over how long it will take to get to you. While I am still currently accepting international orders please understand that shipping is taking MONTHS and this is entirely out of my control. Domestic shipping seems to be taking 1-2 weeks at best currently. But again, due to the pandemic that can change without notice. All my items are shipped with tracking numbers provided by USPS. I can see just as much about their progress as you can. No amount of calling the USPS will expedite any package. Thank you for understanding.
