In the personalization box, please include (if applicable):
- Name for sticker
- Age for sticker
- Theme/colors/aesthetic/vibe of the design
- Preferred text or phrase
- Date stickers are needed by
This should encompass any details you want me to have regarding your sticker design and order

Once the order is placed, please send the following in Etsy messages (if applicable):
- Photo(s) for the order
- Inspiration photos for the design
- The date you need the stickers by if not included in the personalization box before submitted the order. I want to ensure that your order arrives by the time you need it!


>> DESIGN PROCESS <<
- Mockups for approval/edits will be sent in 1 to 3 business days from the order date. There is a 3 day window where edits can be made to the mockup before printing, I’ll work with you to create your perfect sticker design!
NOTE:
If a response is not received within 3 business days of the mockup message, the stickers will be printed and shipped operating under the assumption that there are no changes to be made.

- Orders are shipped 1-4 business days following design mockup approval.

- Be sure to place your order with plenty of time to receive your stickers when needed.
NOTE:
- TaysDigitalSpace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, contact the carrier directly with tracking information to file a claim.
- TaysDigitalSpace is not responsible for shipping delays if the customer does not respond to Etsy messages or approve mockups before the anticipated ship date.

- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted as these are custom items and orders are being organized and prepared soon after order notification is sent. But, I will work with you until you are happy with the design! Double-check all details before ordering to ensure timely and correct delivery!
- Colors may vary slightly in printing due to screen settings during mockup approval
- Photos submitted should be clear and high quality for best printing results -- if you want to use a older photo that is not clear, understand that the quality of the photo will be the same on the sticker as it is on your device.

PLEASE NOTE: Once purchasing this listing, you are acknowledging and agreeing the following:
1. NO order refunds after 1 hour of the initial purchase. That is the general time frame when I begin organizing the order for design. IF there is a refund to be made, please note it will be 10% less than the order total, as that accounts for processing fees.
2. The stickers will be shipped to you by the time/date Etsy provides UNLESS a specific date is discussed and agreed upon by us -- this must be communicated within 1 hour of the purchase to ensure I can guarantee delivery.
3. Once the package is dropped off at the USPS office, I cannot control what USPS does. I am not responsible for any errors made on USPS or the customer's behalf. Each package is insured and has tracking information, if there is an issue with your package please open a claim with the shipping carrier.
