It is a 5" x 6.5" design, and I always ship with the Semi-Permanent Adhesive backing. Unless you specify other.

There are some bonding options from your local fabric/craft stores:
-Hot GLue
-Fabric Glue
-Super Glue
All still Semi-Permanent. There is no magic permanent adhesive I'm afraid :(
