Custom and personalized orders

Many of our products can be customized to your liking. You just have to ask! If you'd like to personalize an item, please send us a message with your request before placing an order. Additional charges and processing time may apply to custom orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time is 2-7 business days before shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location: Domestic (USA): 2-10 business days. International: 10-20 business days. For rush orders, please contact us to see if expedited shipping is available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Be sure to check your country’s import regulations before placing your order.

What is your return\exchange policy?

On some items (Please see individual return & exchange policies detailed on each item in the store), we accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 2 weeks of the item's delivery with your request. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order. We also do not provide refunds or exchanges on downloadable purchases.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please send us a message within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production or prepared for shipment. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
