Please Note Due to the Covid 19 outbreak we will temporarily not be accepting exchanges for bandanas and masks. iEDM will honor all exchange requests within made and postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are requesting an exchange for the same item please contact me. For all size exchanges, please be sure to include the exact size you would like the exchange for. For damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description of the damage and provide customer support with a photo to obtain a pre-paid return slip. If the item is damaged and you would like an exchange, we will process it and ship your replacement item(s) free of charge. Please note that there will be $5 reship fee charged on domestic exchanges.

Please Note Due to the Covid 19 outbreak we will temporarily not be accepting returns/exchanges for neck gaiters, bandanas, cloth and anti-germ masks. We can only honor this if your order shipped late or you received the wrong item and it is still sealed in its original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in. When sending a return or exchange always contact us prior to returning the item(s).

Once your return is received and processed we will send you an email notifying that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the form of either store credit or refund. We allow cancellation of made-to-order items up to 24 hours after purchase. If you would like to cancel or return a made-to-order item after that time, there will be a 15% re-stock fee deducted to your order for the item being already placed into production. Size change requests on made-to-order items after 24 hours from time of purchase will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.

Does iEDM offer Dropship and Wholesale?

Yes, iEDM offers both wholesale and dropship. For consideration please contact me and allow up to 7-10 business days for your request to be reviewed.

Is my item made-to-order?

Please refer to the product description of the item you purchased or are purchasing. If you see a production estimate, your item is considered "made-to-order". Because of the nature of the sublimation printing process, our crafting times do fluctuate.

Help! I only received part of my order, is the rest of my order on its way?

The rest of your order is on its way! iEDM ships many orders in multiple packages. If you ordered a made-to-order item(s), generally the ready to ship products will ship out first so that you avoid waiting on those items that are already in our fulfillment center. Made-to-order items are many times also split in multiple shipments if they have different crafting times so you get your threads as soon as they are made!

The tracking number says delivered, but I never received my order. What do I do?

Prior to contacting iEDM please contact the postal carrier to open a missing item case. We are happy to assist with any lost/missing item claims however, contacting the postal carrier is the best route to locate your item. If the item is deemed misplaced or stolen by the carrier you will be compensated for the item via shipping insurance.
