🧼 Care Instructions

🪡 We use a transparent water-soluble stabilizer on the top layer to ensure the best embroidery quality.

💦 First wash: Soak in water for 2-3 minutes; the stabilizer will dissolve completely.
🧴 Wash gently by hand in cold water with mild soap; do not scrub the embroidery.
🌀 Machine wash: Turn inside out, use a laundry bag, delicate cycle, cold water.
🌬️ Air dry flat or on a hanger; avoid direct sunlight and hot dryers.
🔥 Press from the inside only; never iron directly on the embroidery.

❌ Order Cancellations

⏰ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
⚙️ After that, orders enter production and cannot be fully canceled.
💸 Cancellation after 24 hours is subject to a 50% fee to cover production costs.
