HOW TO CAPTURE YOUR PRINTS

SEND US YOUR PRINTS
After receiving your order, we will send you an email with instructions on sending us your prints. You can scan and upload them to us, or you can mail them to our studio.

TIME
Our production schedule changes depending on the amount of orders we are currently working on. Please look at our shop announcements page for the current turn around time. We typically say our ceramic keepsakes will ship out 2-3 weeks after receiving your order AND prints, and paper keepsakes will ship within 1 week.

HOW TO ORDER

Please include in the "notes to seller" section:
All personalization included in your chosen design: Name, Age, etc

Colors: You can choose a specific color for the text and prints

Text: You can choose any font you would like, and you can choose more than 1 font

Please include all of the information needed, or we will not be able to process your order in a timely manner.
