A full street address is required. If you've entered a P.O. Box address, please contact us immediately.
If we notice it and reach out but do not get a response, we are not responsible for delivery failure. No refunds will be made in such cases.

We try to ship our products to as many countries as possible.
However, please be aware that not every country allows international parcels to enter without import duties—except the USA.

For countries like Canada (and others where some of our products ship from Turkey instead of the US), Etsy might not collect import taxes/VAT at checkout.
This may result in the courier collecting duties and processing fees upon delivery.
This is not a delivery fee and has nothing to do with us or the shipping carrier—it’s a government-imposed tax.

— WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE OR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED —

1. Take photos of the package, including the shipping label and barcode.

2. Take detailed photos of the damaged product areas.

3. Contact UPS/DHL/FedEx local office on the day of delivery and request a damage report.
(The sooner you act, the better the chance of resolution.)

4. Share the photo evidence with us so we can also file a claim with the shipping company from our side.

5. If the courier delivered the item to you directly, ask them to note the damage in their system.

6. Do not use or discard the product until the claim process is complete. Keep it in the original condition.

❖ RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: Please note that we produce prayer rugs upon request. In case of a production defect or any problem, we will take the necessary actions to ensure your satisfaction. However, we can only accept returns or exchanges for valid and non-arbitrary reasons. Custom fees (tax etc.) according to your country are the buyer's responsibility.
