What types of products do you offer?

At Blissful Fête & Vows, we specialize in personalized digital keepsakes designed to celebrate the songs, photos, and memories that mean the most to you. 🤍 Our main collection features custom lyrics prints, thoughtfully created using your chosen song lyrics, photos, and personal details. They’re perfect for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, engagements, Valentine’s Day, or simply as a meaningful gift for someone special. Each custom design is made especially for you and delivered digitally, so you can easily download, print, and display your keepsake wherever you like. ✨

How will I receive my digital product?

After your purchase, you'll receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files. You can also access them through your Etsy account by going to "Purchases and Reviews". If you checked out as a guest, your download links will be automatically sent to the email address you used when purchasing. For customized or made-to-order items, you will receive the file via Etsy once it is completed.

How do I customize my template?

Our templates are easy to customize! After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF containing the link(s) to edit your template(s) in Canva, an intuitive, free online editing tool. Simply click the link, make your edits, and download your finished design when ready!

Do I need a Canva account to edit my template?

Yes, you’ll need atleast a free Canva account to access and edit our templates. It’s easy to sign up if you don’t already have one, and our templates work seamlessly with Canva’s free version!

Can I use the templates more than once?

Yes, you can edit and download your template as many times as you need. However, please note that our designs are for personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.

Are the templates printable?

Absolutely! Our templates are high-resolution and ready for printing. You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service for professional results. For users with a free Canva account, we highly recommend saving your design as a "PDF Print" file before printing to ensure the highest quality resolution, rather than using PNG or JPG formats. However, if you have a Canva Pro account, you can choose any format, as the resolution can be adjusted to your preference.

Whether you'd like to include specific lyrics, names, dates, or unique design requests, we're happy to tailor the design to your preferences. Simply choose the product design you want, add it to your cart, provide the personalization details, and check out. We'll take it from there to create something truly special for you!

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to resolve it!

I ordered this as a wedding gift for my dad. I was so relieved to find there was a digital download option, as I waited too late to order the physical version. It was our father daughter dance song, and made our day that much more special. Thank you so much!
