Why do my balloons have frayes or holes on the nub of the balloon?

Frayes and holes on nubs are completely normal and does not affect the performance or inflation of the balloons.

Why did my balloons turn matte or pop outside?

All Balloons will oxidize and turn matte under exposure to oxygen and sunlight. Balloons are balloons and can pop for no apparent reason. I carry high-quality balloons, but I cannot guarantee that all balloons won't pop as we have no control over the weather, inflation methods, and other conditions.
