- Please review the color and size charts before placing your order. All shirts are custom-made based on your selection; thus, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.

- We work with different brands based on availability. Our T-shirts are Outlash, Rustic, Circle, Bella+Canvas and Comfort Colors, also Hoodies/Sweatshirts are Gildan. Different styles of shirts may vary slightly in color shades due to different manufacturer brands. Please let us know if you have a PREFERRED BRAND.

- For custom products, we will send you a message to confirm the design. Please check your message box and share your feedback with us.

- Washing instructions: Wash inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design.

- Processing time is 1-3 days. Shipping time depends on your selected shipping method at checkout. For expedited shipping, please upgrade during checkout.

- If your item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship it to you at your expense.

- If you wish to modify the existing design shown in the images, please contact us.

- Please note: We cannot print Black Text on Black or Dark Heather Grey shirts, nor White text on white shirts. There may be a slight difference between the print sizes in the image and the actual produced product.

2. Choose your t-shirt size and color. Different styles of shirts may have varying shades of the same color due to different manufacturer brands. For a precise match, we recommend selecting shirts from the same style (e.g., Unisex, V-neck, Tank top).
