I purchased as a gift but ended up having to return it due to a similar gift instance. However, it shipped SOON after purchase and arrived not long after that!! It came undamaged in a cute little sheer bag and a well protected envelope. I needed customer service for the refund process; They were quick to respond and was a smooth process!
