Can an order be cancelled?

Yes, we accept cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests received after 24 hours will not be processed.

What happens if a plant arrives damaged due to transit delay or mishandling?

Our shop is not responsible for damaged packages/contents once in the control of the USPS. Buyers are advised to select Priority Shipping to ensure that packages are insured by the USPS. Standard 1st Class packages are not insured by the USPS.

What if my plant arrives showing signs of transit stress?

While we are not responsible for plants once they ship, we are here to help with plant care support. We recommend a product called Super Thrive for plants showing signs of transit stress and for general use for plant care.

When should I post a public review?

Public reviews should be posted after any concerns regarding shipments are addressed with us so that we can provide appropriate plant care instruction. Some plants will require some time to recover from transit stress. Please note that certain customer reviews can’t be amended once posted.

When is it appropriate to send photos to the shop of my order?

Photos are requested to be sent within 24 hours of shipment arrival if any concerns should arise. We require photos within 24 hours to see plant condition at time of arrival.

Can I see photos of the plant or plants before shipping?

Yes, we typically provide pre-shipment emails with helpful information regarding plant shipments as well as plant photos . It is possible, however, that some shipments may not be sent pre-shipment photos depending on shipment volumes on any given day. We make every effort to send pre-shipment photos to our customers.

Do you sell ornamental or outdoor plants?

Nearly all of the plants that we sell our designed for indoor settings as ornamental plants. There are a few varieties that would work in some outdoor settings depending on climate zones.

Are returns/exchanges permitted?

Due to the nature of the products we sell being live plants, we are not able to except returns or exchanges unless the incorrect plant was shipped and is on record as such. If an incorrect plant was shipped to a buyer, the buyer should promptly contact us with photos so we can review and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

What size of a plant does a pot size indicate?

Typically a 4 inch pot would refer to a plant that is 5 to 6 inches tall from top of soil. A 6 inch pot would be approx 6 to 8 inches tall. However, vining/creeping plant varieties would not fit this description (jasmine, string plants etc.) and thereby would not meet the criteria above. Some plants may ship as semi-bare root and well wrapped with damp moss and moisture retention materials.

Does the shop have store polices?

Yes, please refer to our store home page for our store policy information. Our store policy is within normal and customary plant store guidelines.

AI によるまとめ

生き生きした植物梱包状態が良い

“These are the cutest little plants. They’re very well established ~got a little banged up in shipping, but that’s not the seller’s fault! They’re rehabbing very nicely and they arrived very quickly and very well packaged.”

Healthy plants. Will be awhile before they are larger, but I am pleased with them.

Amazing! The price for a starter pack, for Hoyas I feel like was an amazing value. I live in Oregon, and these shipped from Florida and even with USPS literally throwing it and coming all that way all the plants are healthy and look amazing. You can tell they were sent in great condition and packaged with care. Will definitely be ordering other items from this seller :)
