Cost: $50, for which you will receive all instructions, written and video.
Details: Who doesn’t love a bit of sparkle whether it’s on your finger or on your quilt? This design plays with light, shadow and reflection to give the impression of the sparkle that shines off a beautiful gemstone. It’ll happen with the interplay of bright and light fabrics and oodles of triangles.
This quilt features several easy piecing techniques, all accomplished with rotary cutting and quarter-inch piecing. I will lead you through all the details over the course of twelve weeks, sending two emails each week. You’ll receive written instructions and frequently an accompanying instructional video.
Basic sewing skills and sewing machine proficiency are required. Prior quilting experience is recommended.
Fabric: I’ve curated a kit of light and bright solid fabrics that will be available at Lyons Quilting (in Lyons, CO USA 303-823-6067) while supplies last. Call to receive a kit in the quilt size of your choice OR wait for your introduction email which will include fabric requirements and suggestions for selecting your fabrics.
