Here is the cutest little pink and teal ruffle skirt! The Pink and teal flowers fabric designed in a straight skirt pattern, teal and white chevron ruffled edge hem, and elastic waist band. Perfect for ANY occasion, 100% cotton, woven fabrics. The cottons are new, RECYCLED blue jean pocket, giving this a vintage boutique style. All seams are professionally finished.

This listing is for a children's size 3/4, measures: 9-1/2" X 10-1/2"

NOTE ON MEASUREMENTS: All measurements are taken while the item is laid FLAT and waist is unstretched. Elastic waisted clothing should measure slightly smaller than your child's waist so that the item fits slightly snug without falling off. For example: if your child's waist measures 18" ---- a skirt that measures 9" across would fit, but may fall off. (9" multiplied by 2 to get the circumference around the waist = 18"). An 8-1/2" wide skirt would be perfect. ALSO remember that this skirt is UNSTRETCHED and will stretch about another inch or two. Should fit a 20" waist just fine as well. If you need me to take stretched measurements on any item please ask me. If you are not sure about ordering handmade clothing for your child, and unsure about measurements please feel free to convo me and I can answer any questions you have.
