Here is the hard to find cup and saucer set from Cambridge Glass in the gorgeous number 704 etch, also called Windows Border. This is luscious amber glass from the mid 1920s and it's in great condition, perfect to display on a window or shelf when you are not using it.

Author Gene Florence nicknamed this beautiful etch "Windows Border" for the row of small ovals that look like windows around the edge. The rest of the etch is even more beautiful with intricate scrolls connected by swags.

Cup and saucer are both in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and only minimal wear in the center of the saucer as shown in the close up. The cup is 2 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide at the mouth. Saucer is 5 5/8 inches across. Both pieces have ground base rims and are marked with Cambridge C in a triangle.

This would make an excellent gift for your mom or anyone who enjoys vintage glass and lovely colors. Of course, you might just want this for yourself too!

It is so disappointing to receive glass that is not as described. Please know that I check everything when listing and again when shipping, but if there is a problem and I miss something, then you are entitled to a full refund including return shipping. Just let me know.

If you decide you don't care for the glass or you don't want the size or color then we are glad to refund your purchase price including shipping to you upon return. Please email me.

Please do not return glass that broke in transit. This will be covered by insurance and I will work with you on the claim.

Shipping policies

We will ship anywhere in the US via our choice of method, usually priority mail or UPS ground and will purchase insurance for you at our expense. Please allow me to select the method that will ensure your glass reaches you safely, quickly and in one piece.

We normally ship the same or next day after receiving payment.

After 14 years selling glass through other online venues I have had only four items break in transit, but it could happen. If there is any breakage please do not discard the glass or packaging. Please let me know about the problem and I will file an insurance claim. Normally the insurance company needs a photo from you of the problem. Thank you for your help with this.
