Why we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

All sales are final as we are selling vintage items and they are expected to have reasonable wear and use. This is why we love them! All vintage items in our shop are sold in "as is" condition. We try our best to show accurate photos and give descriptions of any imperfections to items, but we are not experts on everything we sell. We want you to be 100% sure, so if you have any questions, you can contact us prior to purchase. We will send additional photos or answer any questions as necessary. An exception to our policy can be made if both the buyer and seller agree there may have been an error in the listing. In the case of a returned purchase, the buyer will be responsible for postage both delivered and returned. Only purchase refunded.

Shipping During the Holiday Season

During the Holiday Season, some packages take an extra amount of time to arrive to their destination and we want to make certain that our customers understand that once the package leaves our hands, it is really up to the USPS to get it to your address.
