"Of all the convenience foods that give you a head start to better meals, cans of condensed soup are probably the most versatile. When you open a can of condensed soup... you have much of the work already done for you.
The first half of this book gives you hundreds of recipes for meat dishes, casseroles, vegetables, and sauces - all made with condensed soups.
The second half of the book tells how to serve condensed soups in new ways - with added ingredients, as combination soups (soup mates) and with various garnishes.
Each recipe has been tested with the indicated Campbell's Soup of flavor, texture, and for success in combining ingredients...
You'll enjoy cooking with soup."
There is a ding in the front cover, near the binding edge at the bottom measuring 18mm x 18mm.
The covers show some minor shelf wear. The front cover is curled inward at the top edge.
There is staining on the inner pages, near the bottom, therefore the text is not affected.
All pages appear intact, other than the above as mentioned.
The cover of this book features an orange dish. Many "Cooking With Soup" editions from the 60's and 70's feature a different dish on the cover, therefore I consider this a rare copy.
From my personal collection, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Thank you for looking!
