Do you accept returns/Exchanges?

No, being that all our items are made to order and custom we do not accept returns or exchanges.

My item was never delivered or it arrived damaged

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or not at all you MUST contact the carrier (USPS) and file a claim and message/email me immediately with pictures of your damaged item AND the packaging it arrived in.

Not what i was expecting or incorrect items

I try my hardest to make sure all my products are customized with your specific instructions that you add in the notes to seller box, but i am only human and may make a mistake, if you receive the wrong item or there is an error on your item you must contact me within 10 days, be sure to include pictures of the item when messaging me. If in fact you receive an incorrect item a refund will be available. Refund will be your cost minus shipping price and will be processed once i receive the item back (must be within 15 days of delivery)
