Louise Mary Muttitt is a practising silversmith, who trades as Louise Mary Designs. She has exhibited her work widely, including at the V & A and Goldsmiths' Hall in London, and accepts private commissions. She has also taught frequently on evening and day classes and really loves sharing the craft she so enjoys. Louise thrives on natural sources such as plants as inspiration for her designs and takes great care over the detail of distinctive pieces she creates.

If you are at all unhappy with your item(s) please let me know via the 'contact' button (through Etsy) or email within 7 days of receiving the item(s). I would like you to be as happy with your item as I was in making it and will always try to resolve anything you may be unsatisfied with.

I recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery to return items as jewellery is not insured in normal first or second class (and recorded) post.

Shipping policies

Dispatch times vary between different items, so please see individual listings for these. I do keep some items in stock, so these items are posted within 2 working days, but other items are made to order and therefore take longer.

UK delivery is by either Royal Mail First Class Signed For or for items of value over £60 Royal Mail Special Delivery. International Delivery is sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.

I will send you an email via Etsy with a tracking number to let you know that I have posted your order, this will also allow you to track your order in transit.

Please allow three working days for delivery in the UK, and 12 working days for international delivery, although orders will often arrive sooner than this.

Please be aware of any postal strikes or delays in your locality that might affect your parcel arriving. Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are beyond my control. If you have not received your item within five working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 15 working days. In the rare case of non-delivery please contact me within 30 days of ordering so that I can look into this for you.
