My enamel jewelry begins life as flat sheet of copper. The copper is cut out and then formed into a slight domed shape to give it dimension. Enamel is carefully applied and then fired in a kiln reaching close to 1500 degress until the glass flows and fuses to the metal. Several applications and firings are needed to complete the finished piece.

Returns & exchanges
If your piece does not meet your expectations when you receive it, please contact me within 3 days of it's arrival. In most cases I am happy to work with you to correct the issue. Returns for store credit will be done on a case by case basis, and must be returned unworn and in it's original packaging. Refunds are entirely at my discretion and may include a 15% restocking fee. Sale items, some custom items, are not returnable.
I am happy to exchange bangles or resize bracelets or necklaces if needed after the gift has been received. Simply ship me the piece to be resized. Include a check or money order for $3 to pay for the return shipping ($5 if you would like priority shipping on it's return trip). Please contact me before returning (so I can watch for it!), and ship in the original gift box in a padded envelope. Unsolicited returns will NOT be accepted. Insurance highly recommended.
RINGS
Many issues can be avoided by knowing your ring size prior to purchasing a ring. I sell a very handy inexpensive ring sizer for this purpose, or you can be properly sized at any jewelry store. If your purchased ring does not fit, I may be able to resize or remake it for you, but this will be decided on a case by case basis. Depending on the ring, I may charge a fee, and some rings may be one of a kind and unable to be remade/resized. If you have questions about your ring size or the fit of a specific ring, please contact me with your concerns and I will be happy to let you know in advance, how I can work with you if it happens that it does not fit properly.
WILL MY YIN-YANG/OXIDIZED PIECE STAY THIS WAY FOREVER?
To create my signature Yin Yang pieces, I take half of the sterling silver rings and oxidize them until they are black. Oxidation is what happens over time to sterling silver, I just hurry it along with a chemical process. Then I polish the blackened rings until they are shiny, and use them along with shiny sterling silver rings to create this black and white yin yang look.
The oxidation WILL rub off over time. The black is a surface layer of oxides, which will rub off where it touches your skin and stay dark in the recesses that do not touch your skin, showing highlights of bright silver and lowlights of dark silver. The patina will change as the piece ages, making your piece unique to you, and growing more beautiful with wear!
If after time, you prefer the original treatment, I do offer a re-finishing service for the Yin Yang/oxidized pieces for a small fee, depending on the piece. If you are interested in this service, contact me and we can work out the details.

Shipping policies
Please note that I am a one woman shop! All my jewelry is handcrafted with care by me. Orders ship within 3-7 business days. Some items have a longer production time, which is noted in the product description. MANY orders ship MUCH FASTER than 3-7 business days, but from time to time, yes, I do take the full 3-7 business days to ship your order. During peak seasons, my production time may be increased, and it will be noted in the shop announcement on the front page of my shop - if there are any delays to your order I will let you know as soon as possible. If you have a special event that you are working against the clock on, feel free to leave me a note when you check out, or contact me and I'll be happy to let you know your order's expected ship date & see what I can to send it speedily on it's way.
I do offer expedited shipping by request. Contact me and I will revise the listing you would like to purchase to include your chosen shipping.
Please note that if ordering expedited shipping, these times does not include my production time of 3-5 days or more, depending on the item. If you have a birthday, event or other deadline, contact me and I would be happy to see what I can do for you.
I ship worldwide from the US with the exception of some parts of Asia and all of Africa. I'm afraid I have had too many issues with chargebacks and fraud that I no longer ship to Africa.
International customers are also responsible for any duty, taxes or other fees charged by their local customs regulations. I mark all supplies orders as "CRAFT SUPPLIES" and all jewelry orders as "FASHION ACCESSORIES" on international customs forms.

Measure with a flexible tape measure to get your wrist measurement. You can do this with a strip of paper or string if you need to, mark where the ends meet, and then measure between the marks on a normal ruler.
Take your wrist measurement and add about 1 inch, depending on the bracelet. A thin weighted bracelet, such as the 20 gauge byzantine, or jens pind, would only need 1 inch, while the chunky 12 or 14 gauge bracelets might need about 1 1/2 inches. If in doubt, leave your exact wrist measurement in the comments when you checkout and I will size it appropriately. Let me know that it is your wrist measurement, and not your bracelet length.

MEASURING FOR A BANGLE:
Here is the easiest method to measure for a bangle.
Close your fingers together and bring your thumb to your little finger, just as you would when you slide a bangle over your hand.
Use a flexible measuring tape, string, or strip of paper and wrap it snugly around your hand at the widest point. Then measure the string/paper with a ruler. This is the circumference of your hand.
Choose your size from the chart below -- if you are in the middle, always round UP, never down, or your bangle will not fit over your hand.
Circumference Diameter Size
2 3/8 inches 7 1/2 inches Small
2 5/8 inches 8 1/4 inches Medium
2 7/8 inches 9 inches Large
If you would like, I can make a bangle custom sized for you, simply leave your HAND CIRCUMFERENCE IN CENTIMETERS in the comment box when you checkout, and I will custom size the bracelet for you.
