📥 Trouble downloading your digital files? Here’s how to access them

Your digital downloads will be ready as soon as your payment goes through. For Etsy account holders: Go to “View your files” → Downloads page. For guests: Check your purchase receipt email for your download link. Tip: Use a valid email address (not Apple ID) to ensure delivery. If downloads don’t open in the Etsy app, log in through your browser on a laptop or desktop that usually resolves it.

📄 I’ve downloaded my files. How do I open my template?

After downloading your files from Etsy, open the included PDF guide and click the link inside. That link gives you instant access to your editable Canva template. You can then start customizing your printable or PLR digital product right away!

🎨 Need help using your Canva templates?

How do I access my purchase in Canva? Once you’ve downloaded your PDF from Etsy, click the Canva link inside. It’ll open directly in Canva, where you can log in and begin editing your DFY template. How do I print my Canva design? Click Download → choose “PDF Print”. You can print your printables at home or send them to a professional print shop. Where did Canva save my work? Canva saves automatically as you edit! Just log back into your account and look under “Shared with me.” You’ll find all your saved digital designs there.
