Personalisation

Your card can be personalised to make it truly special. Please add all details in the personalisation box when you place your order. The wording you provide will be copied exactly, including spelling, punctuation and capitalisation, so please check carefully before checkout. Any details not included in the box will not be printed on your card.

Delivery

Every card is made to order and posted within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after midday on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

For UK customers, cards are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, which usually takes 1–2 working days but can take up to 5 working days. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, which usually arrives within 5–10 working days, though it can sometimes take up to 20 working days depending on the destination.

Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and Etsy. I always recommend ordering in good time to ensure your card arrives before the special occasion. Once an item is in the hands of Royal Mail, it is sadly out of my control.

Refunds & Delays

I want every customer to be happy with their order. Refunds can be issued if your card has not arrived within 14 working days for UK orders or 20 working days for international orders. Unfortunately, I can’t refund items that arrive after your occasion date, as delivery times are outside of my control once the order is handed over to Royal Mail.

Postage Options

The standard delivery services I use are not trackable. If you would prefer your order to be sent with a tracked service, please contact me before placing your order and I will be happy to provide a price. Postage charges are always the exact cost set by Royal Mail, with no added fees.
