Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. International orders are shipped with proper customs info and tracking, but delivery times vary by country.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders can take 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing.

Will I have to pay customs or VAT fees?

If you’re in the EU or UK: You shouldn’t be charged any additional VAT or customs fees. Etsy collects the required VAT at checkout, and I ship these orders using Etsy shipping labels, which automatically include Etsy’s tax ID (IOSS for the EU, VAT ID for the UK) on the customs form. That means your order should clear customs without any extra charges. If you’re outside the EU/UK (like Canada, Australia, etc.): Your country may charge VAT, GST, or import fees depending on your local laws. I ship non-EU orders using Pirate Ship, which includes accurate customs forms and tracking, but I can’t guarantee whether or not your local post office will apply a fee. Any import charges are the buyer's responsibility.
