I do not offer refunds on my personalized items because they are made especially for you. If there is a problem with the order please let me know and we will see what we can do to correct the problem. If I made an error and it was my fault I will replace the item at no expense to you. Shipping policies
Most of my orders are shipped via 1st class mail if they are under 1 lb. or Priority mail if over 1 lb. So far I haven't shipped anything over a pound outside the US so not sure how they go international over a pound.
