Custom and personalized orders

A custom order includes any personalized items (place cards, signs, logos, ect.) Most of our items are made to order and can't be exchanged or returned.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Contact me within: 3 days of delivery Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase In case of return of items the buyer pays all postage. If you wish to cancel transaction ,that there is non-refundable 10% ( Commission for money transfer and other taxes). All custom orders, including a personalized engraving items, are non-refundable and can't be exchanged or returned. If for some reason something arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 3 days of receipt. We will be sure to issue you a refund or replacement.

Parcels returned to us because of incorrect address or unclaimed, will be refunded minus 10% of the order cost and post

All orders shipped outside the Ukraine may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. When your package arrives you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes for which you are responsible. These are fees that I can't quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. If you think this may be the case or you have not ordered from overseas before please check with your post office prior to ordering.

Christmas and New Year gifts Please note! Orders you purchased with regular shipping before holidays , not be delivered by Christmas. We do not give a guarantee with regular shipping on such purchases and do not accept return or refunds. The listing shows the delivery time and possible delays during the holidays. It depends on the postal service of your country, and we can not affect the work of the postal services. Please note again, we do not accept returns and do not make refunds for Christmas gifts , as we not responsible for postal and customs work and any delays. We recommend choosing express shipping , before holidays .

What to do if you specified the wrong shipping address in the order? You can change the address before placing an order in your PayPal account or before the order is made and sent ( we cancel order and you may re-order with correct shipping address ) . Once a package has been sent, the address cannot be changed. . Please , check the shipping address before placing an order .

We need 2-5 business days to make an order. Our products can be shipped to all the countries all around the world.

The average delivery time via regular post is:

Shipping to USA takes 10-20 days
Shipping to Europe takes 10-25 days
Shipping to Canada takes 15-30 days
Shipping to Australia takes 2-5 weeks
Rest of the world 16- 30 days.

Kindly note that the terms of delivery by regular shipping are approximate and we can't guarantee the exact delivery date by regular shipping.

Please pay attention that during Christmas, New Year and other holidays the delivery time can be increased up to 7-14 days.
Unfortunately we don't have control over the package once it passes customs and is to be delivered via your postal delivery company and we can`t be responsible for losses or delays! Also we can’t be responsible for various force-majeure that may affect the delivery time.
We cannot refund or credit your account if your order wasn't delivered on time.
Please take into consideration that all costs for international delivery (fees, taxes, and duties) are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery for some of your reasons, we can ship it back, but you will need to pay the shipping cost again.
