CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

Step 1 — Submit Your Requirements
If your cart requires food pan cutouts, ice tubs, beverage dispensers, coffee equipment, sinks, or other specialty equipment, send us the exact dimensions. We will verify compatibility before production begins.

Step 2 — Review Your Quote
We'll prepare and send your final quote based on your selected options and requirements. Once approved and payment is received, we'll begin creating your custom 3D design, typically we will send it within 24–48 hours.

Step 3 — Review Your 3D Design and Approve or Request Edit
We'll send you a detailed 3D rendering showing the exact dimensions, cutout placements, storage layout, and design details of your cart. Review everything carefully and either approve the design or request revisions. We'll make any necessary adjustments until you're completely satisfied and ready to move forward with production.

Step 4 — Final Approval
Once the design is approved, production begins. Because every cart is built specifically for each customer, modifications cannot be made after approval.

FOOD PAN & EQUIPMENT COMPATIBILITY

Our standard cutouts are designed around specific stainless steel food containers and ice tubs.

Food containers, inserts, accessories, and equipment are NOT included unless specifically stated in writing.

If you plan to use different containers or equipment, please contact us before ordering and provide exact dimensions. Even small size variations can affect fitment, and we want to ensure a perfect result.

Before production begins, we verify all measurements and specifications with you to ensure everything fits exactly as intended.

FINISH OPTIONS

Unfinished Baltic Birch
This option arrives sanded and ready for your own stain, paint, sealant, or finish. The wood is not sealed or protected.

Painted Finish
Professionally finished using premium cabinet-grade coatings for a durable, professional appearance. Custom colors are available upon request.
