SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your order will be created in 3-8 business days. My goal is that your order will ship by day 3. Every item is created on demand and therefore your order will take a MINIMUM of 24 hours to create. If you need an item rushed, please make a note in your order AND pay for upgraded shipping. If you do not upgrade your shipping, it will ship USPS first class. Every package ships from Idaho so please take your location in to account when purchasing if you need it quickly.

CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS

I absolutely love to make new characters and designs. Please don't hesitate to message me if you don't see a particular character or design you're looking for. I do not charge a customization fee, but I do ask that you stay in communication with me through the process. If you've customized something, that means I likely will have a difficult time reselling it if you disappear from communication. Please respect this and help me continue to not require a deposit or customization fee. I don't want to do this and I don't want my customers to have to pay for it, but I do need to protect myself.

Although I do not charge a customization fee, if you are requesting something more difficult and intricate, or something that uses supplies that I do not stock regularly, the pricing will reflect that. Along those same lines, if you order something less difficult and intricate, you will be charged less. I want to be fair with you and have a wonderful experience getting you the hat of your dreams!

Each part of the hat is thoroughly attached so it will stay FOR GOOD. They have been tested at the parks to ensure that the ears and bow will not come off.

PROCESSING TIME

Please refer to the processing time listed. All items ship within that window and are shipped USPS First Class. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping speed, please do so during the check out process. If you are ordering with a short schedule, please enter your travel date in the notes during check out. I will do my best to accommodate your needs!


ADHESIVE WARNING

In order to create a lasting product, I do use E6000, which is an industrial strength craft glue, during parts of the creation process. If you are sensitive to chemical smells, please be aware that you may be able to smell it! I try to let the hats air out for as long as possible, and I can never smell them by the time they are shipped, but everyone is different. After several years of mailing hats, I have only received a handful of complaints about the smell, this is just a heads up!

This adorable ear hat is inspired by the iconic ear headbands that represent Minnie Mouse. Our hats are comfortable to wear all day long whether you are at the park, the magical kingdom, running in a race, or as part of a costume.

I'm a mother of four located in Idaho and I dream of going to Disney on the daily, so I channel my love for all things Disney by creating these ultra comfy and stylish mouse ear hats. Each hat is hand made and I love special requests too.

Please know I do everything possible to create a perfect product. However, there may be some slight imperfections. These are rare, but understand that I am not a factory. If you have any issues with your order when it arrives, please contact me before leaving a negative review. I will do everything in my power to make it right.
