Orders will be dropped off at the post office 7 days after your purchase (not including weekends). Shipping will then take 2-5 days for your item to be delivered. If you are ordering within a week of your event, it is important to upgrade shipping to PRIORITY or PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS and also purchase the "Rush My Order" listing. During checkout, you will have the option to upgrade shipping. Your options include: -USPS Ground Advantage: arrives in 2-5 days -USPS Priority Mail: arrives in 1-3 days -USPS Priority Mail Express: arrives in 1-2 days *Please keep in mind, these are all estimates per the USPS website* Once your order has been dropped off at USPS, the timing and handling of packages are no longer in my control.

Only in case of a mistake made on my part i.e., name spelled wrong or wrong item shipped, I will replace your item at no cost. I will always mail your item within 7 days after placing your order. Once in the hands of USPS, I have no control over deliveries therefore, I do not offer refunds for late or lost packages. PLEASE READ SHIPPING INFORMATION. As a customer, you must read all product information before purchasing. I will not offer a refund due to an order being placed last minute and a shipping upgrade not being applied at checkout, resulting in your order arriving late.

Returns and Cancellations

I do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance. However, if you would like to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If it is a custom item (has your child's name and age) please cancel within 2 hours of purchasing since I do sometimes get started on these right away. If you have made a mistake in the spelling of a name, please contact me immediately. Mistakes such as name and /or age can be resolved/changed if I have not already shipped your item. Although, once the item has been shipped, there cannot be any changes made. If a mistake is made on my end regarding a name or number, I will mail a replacement piece as soon as possible with Ground Advantage shipping (2-5 days).

Package not moving within the USPS system/ No update from USPS

If there is a delay or you have not received your item, I suggest contacting USPS to try and locate your package. As stated above, once your order has been dropped off at USPS and is no longer in my possession, the timing and handling of packages are no longer in my control. You will have to contact your post office with any delivery issues you may encounter. However, please message me and I will also contact them in hopes that they will locate your item.

This looks better in person! I wanted this for my daughter's birthday and had it in my shopping bag for a few days. When I was ready to order it I saw that it takes 7 days to make and 2-5 days to ship. It wouldn't have arrived on time for my daughter's party. I messaged the seller and she had it made and delivered in time for my daughter's birthday party. Awesome customer service and it looked amazing!

What can I say?! I will be choosing Magical Cositas for all my future toppers. Seller was beyond generous and truly has a heart of gold. She made our sweet Angel baby girl two toppers to celebrate St Patrick’s day and Easter! We are beyond grateful to have her art be a big part in making our daughter’s urn display special!
