Do you provide a proof?

Proofs are provided only with a design purchase. One revision is included; additional revisions require a paid listing (see Special Orders). You may also purchase a proof before ordering in the Special Orders section.

I like a design in your shop, but my photo is an orientation that doesn't match, can you help with this?

I can make this change with most designs. Please be sure to ask prior to purchasing a design.

What happens if I don't confirm my proof?

If no response is received within 10 days of sending your proof, your order will either be canceled or printed as originally shown. In this case, I will also extend the ship-by date by the number of days I’ve waited to hear from you. This policy is noted in my listings, emailed upon purchase, and shown in the photo carousel of all listings.

My order arrived late, what now?

Once your order has shipped, unfortunately, it is out of my control. There are times when there are hiccups with UPS and USPS (especially during the holiday season), but I'm unable to control this. I track every order that is placed, and will get in touch with you if I notice there's a problem, and will do my best to figure out a solution to help.

Can I order a design you have, to print at home?

All invitations, gift tags and enclosure cards, announcements, and holiday cards are offered as digital items. Stationery, art prints, milestone cards, notepads, and placemats are only offered as paper products.

There is a problem with my order, what now?

If the error is on my end, after you have approved your proof (I didn't make a change requested, your final product doesn't match the proof I sent you), you will receive 100% of your money back, and I will resend your order priority mail. If an error is caught after your design has been printed, but it matches the proof you also checked, unfortunately, I will not be able to offer a refund. We can work together to figure a solution out!

Can you remove your logo from an item I ordered?

The Honey Bespoke logo as an important part of my designs as it represents my brand identity, and it is consistent throughout all my designs. For these reasons it does not get removed from any design, no exceptions made. If you have any questions, please ask prior to placing an order.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once an order is placed, if I have worked on your design, if for any reason you need to cancel your order, you will be given your money back minus $20, which will be deducted from your total returned to you. This is to cover time spent on your design, and communicating with you. If I have not started your design, I will be happy to cancel and give you a full refund.

My delivery tracking says my order has been delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

I understand how frustrating this can be. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully completed, and I cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation. Refunds will not be issued in such cases, and I appreciate your understanding in this as I am a small business. If you haven’t received your package, I suggest: 1. Checking with your household. 2. Asking neighbors. 3. Contacting your shipping carrier directly. 4. Check cameras for theft Please note: carrier delivery errors or theft are beyond my control. Leaving a negative review for these issues is not appropriate, as they do not reflect the quality of my products or service.

Shipping Notes

• Etsy delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
• For time-sensitive orders, please select a shipping upgrade at checkout (delivers on business days only).
• Once your package is scanned by the carrier, delays or loss are handled by the carrier.
• I’m happy to assist with a claim, but replacements aren’t provided for carrier delays/loss.
• Customers are responsible for selecting a shipping speed that meets their deadline.

Returns

Because these are custom items, returns aren’t accepted. If I made an error, please message me within 10 days of delivery and I’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
