2. Please have your wording and any pertinent details ready upon placing your order. Your wording can be submitted at the following website.

3. Flair Necessities is committed to providing you the highest quality in design and a perfect invitation. Upon receiving your order and wording, we will email you your first proof within 3 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). Two proofs are included with your order and any proofs after that will be charged at a rate of $25/proof. We will work diligently with you to perfect your invite and will not send your order to print until we receive your final approval. It is your responsibility to review the proof for proper spelling, punctuation, color and spacing. Your final approval informs Flair Necessities that we have completed the order to your full satisfaction and specifications and that you assume full responsibility for the design and text of the invitation.

4. Upon your approval, the remaining deposit is due before printing begins. Once Flair Necessities receives your payment your order will be sent to print. After your order has been sent to print, you will not be able to make any additional revisions to the wording or the design with incurring additional fees. YOUR ORDER WILL TAKE 6 WEEKS TO COMPLETE.

5. Your invitations will arrive flat, neatly packaged and ready for assembly within 2-4 days of shipping. They will ship via Priority Mail with insurance and tracking. **Your signature is required for delivery so please keep this in mind when providing delivery address.

A $150 deposit is required to start the design process for your wedding stationery. This deposit is required before receiving your first set of proofs and will be applied to your final order total.

Two proofs are included with your order and any proofs after that will be charged at a rate of $25/proof. We will work diligently with you to perfect your invite and will not send your order to print until we receive your final approval. It is your responsibility to review the proof for proper spelling, punctuation, color and spacing. Your final approval informs Flair Necessities that we have completed the order to your full satisfaction and specifications and that you assume full responsibility for the design and text of the invitation.

Full payment on your order is due before printing begin. The remaining deposit is due once you give final approval of your invitation proofs.

------How Does the Proofing Process Work?------
• We will personalize your wording
• We will make any color changes requested so that your Flair Necessities invitation has the flair of your wedding
• Unfortunately, we will not make font, layout or graphic changes. If you require these changes, please convo us and we will setup a custom listing for you.

------Colors------
We can personalize any of our designs according to our color chart. Color changes are included in the proofing process. We can also accommodate colors not included on our chart for additional fee. Please contact us for special color pricing.

Unfortunately, samples cannot be customized at this time.

------Order Processing Time------
You will receive your first proof within three days of receipt of your $150 deposit. Once your proofs are approved your order will be sent to print. Printing takes 6 weeks.

------Michigan Sales Tax------
A 6% sales tax will be add to all orders shipped to Michigan addresses.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Unfortunately, refunds are only accepted within 24 hours of receiving your invitation deposit of $150. The initial deposit is payment for the design process and once that has been completed it cannot be refunded.

Once you have approved your proofs and have made your final deposit your order cannot be cancelled.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted after your order has been received. Please keep in mind that colors on your computer monitor will vary from the colors on your printed invitation. If color is crucial to you, please request our color card. Our color card is the closest match to what the color will look like on your invitations.

Refunds are also not accepted for misspellings or inaccurate information. Please be sure to carefully check your invitation before providing your final approval. Your final approval informs Flair Necessities that we have completed the order to your full satisfaction and specifications and that you assume full responsibility for the design and text of the invitation.

They ship first class mail within 3 business days of ordering. Please allow 2-6 days for delivery in the US.

Shipping pricing is dependent upon the size of your order and the number of items purchased. Your final order total will include the price for shipping. Generally, shipping will range from $35 to $70 depending upon the order size. Sample pricing is $6 and orders for bachelorette and bridal shower invitations range from $7 to $15.
