I check my Etsy email very regularly, so please email me as soon as you decide to make any changes and/or cancellations.

Dearest Customer,
As custom orders are wonderfully unique to your special occasion, they also involve additional time and materials in order to meet the design specifications and completion timeframes.
With that in mind, for orders of 3 items and more I will request a 25% deposit of the total order (less shipping).
The deposit is only considered a down payment on the order, and is applied toward the total balance due.
